Healthy Moong bean sprouts

The long moong bean sprouts are healthy and rich source of protein,
vitamins and mineral. They are very nutritious and beneficial for people with
Diabetes, weight problem, High Blood pressure and cholesterol.
Sprouts have low glycemic index as it contains less of
sugar/carbohydrate and more of protein. Growing sprouts has more vitamin C than
whole Moong Beans. It is also good source of Vitamin B and Folates. Its
low calorie,low fat and so useful for
people observing Diet for weight loss.
